When opening a real account, it’s essential to choose the account type that best fits your needs and trading strategy. The available account types may vary depending on the operational company you are registered with. Visit our website to explore the options specific to your location.

What types of accounts does Admirals offer?

Admirals offers two main categories of accounts: Trading Accounts and Investment Accounts.

1. Trading Accounts:

  • Trade.MT5: Offers forex and CFDs on indices, stocks, ETFs, commodities, bonds, and cryptocurrencies with no transaction commissions on most instruments (fees apply only for CFDs on stocks and ETFs).
  • Trade.MT4Similar to Trade.MT5 but offers fewer instruments, including forex and CFDs on indices, stocks, commodities, bonds, and cryptocurrencies.
  • Zero.MT5: Features smaller spreads on forex and CFDs on cash indices and commodities, with a commission per transaction, making it ideal for active scalpers and traders using automated systems.
  • Zero.MT4Similar to Zero.MT5 but with fewer instruments, including forex and CFDs on cash indices and commodities.

2. Investment Account:

Invest.MT5: Allows trading without leverage on the main stock markets through spot stocks and ETFs, with a transaction fee applied.

For detailed product specifications, refer to the Contract Specifications section on our website.

What platform should I use for each account type?

Each account type is compatible with specific platforms. Below is a summary:

  • Trade.MT4 and Zero.MT4:

Platforms: MetaTrader 4, WebTrader, and the MetaTrader 4 mobile app.

  • Trade.MT5 and Invest.MT5:

Platforms: MetaTrader 5, WebTraderMetaTrader 5 mobile app, and Admirals’ platforms (web and mobile versions).

  • Zero.MT5:

Platforms: MetaTrader 5, WebTrader, and the MetaTrader 5 mobile app.

Note: connecting an account to an incompatible platform will result in an error message, and login will not be possible.

What if my Zero account chart does not work?

If you encounter issues such as missing instruments, charts not updating, or receiving error messages like "chart unavailable," it is likely due to the specific instrument suffixes for Zero accounts (-Z).

How to fix this:

  • right-click on the Market Watch window.
  • select Show All.
  • open the charts of instruments with the suffix -Z.

This will ensure the correct instruments are displayed and functional on your platform.
