Deposits via credit card and e-wallet are usually instant. A delay may occur if the account holder's name doesn't match the name in our system - in such cases, an agent review is necessary as we do not accept nor process Payments directed to or originating from accounts belonging to someone other (third person) than the client.
The maximum processing time for a bank transfer is 3 days. Deposits are transferred to the client’s trading account within one business day between the hours of 09:00-17:00 EET once the amount is reflected in our bank account.
