To activate your trading account and start trading the markets, you will be required to make a minimum deposit. To find out the minimum deposit amount for each account type, please head to the Account Types section of our website.

If, after completing the minimum deposit, the new order button is still not active, please follow the next steps:
Check that the type of trading account is allowed in the trading platform that you want to use: remember that MetaTrader 4 accounts do not connect to the MetaTrader 5 platform and vice-versa,
Zero accounts: please note that the symbols are on Zero.MT4 and Zero.MT5 accounts end with the suffix –ECN or –Z, respectively,
Please check that the server is correct: if you do not remember the server of your account, we recommend that you read this article,
Please check that the password is correct: if you do not remember your password, you can change it by following the steps that you will find in this article.
