Activating your trading account
To activate your trading account and begin trading:
Make the minimum deposit:

Why is the new order button inactive?
If the New Order button remains inactive even after making the minimum deposit, follow these troubleshooting steps:
1. Check account compatibility:
- Ensure your trading account matches the platform you’re using: MetaTrader 4 accounts cannot connect to the MetaTrader 5 platform and vice versa.
2. Verify symbols for Zero accounts:
- For Zero.MT4 and Zero.MT5 accounts, symbols end with the suffix -Z. Ensure you are selecting the correct symbols.
3. Confirm the correct server:
- Use the correct server for your account,
- If you don’t remember the server name, please consult this article.
4. Ensure the correct password:
- Double-check that your password is accurate.
- If needed, reset your password by following the steps outlined in this article.
