Application for a live trading account: Why is my application still pending?

When applying for a live account, you need to provide us with some verification documents. Usually, those documents include proof of identity and proof of address (documents and options may vary depending on the operational company you are registered with). 

 

You can submit your live application in two ways:  

 

  • Either by clicking on the dedicated banner located at the top of the main page “Home” in Dashboard,


 

  • Or from “My accounts” section, choosing “Live” and clicking on “Verify” button,


 

 


  • Once your application is submitted along with the requested documents, our KYC team will take some time to check it. Application progress will be displayed in your Dashboard on a dedicated banner at the top of the page. 


 

 


  • If you click at the banner, you will be redirected to Online verification by default. If, due to any circumstance, you cannot pass online verification, click “Continue with manual verification” just below online verification window. Also, you will be able to see the status of the documents that require your attention or just the ones that are missing.  

 

How long does it take for my documents to be verified?  

 

  • Documents are checked alongside the live account application review; their status can be checked in “Verification” section of your Dashboard. If some document or information is missing, the application will remain in “Pending” status, until the document / information is provided (or if the application remains pending for 90 days*). 

 

  • You may be asked to upload a new document or a replacement document, if the one already provided doesn’t meet the requirements. If you see the status “Required” in the document field, it means that we require a document for this section. 

 

 

 

  • If you have uploaded a document for the marked section previously, but now see the field “Required” again, it means that the document was declined. In case the document is declined, we send you an email with the reason for the decline. Please, check your inbox for an email from us. If you are not sure why the document was declined or the process of verification seems to be taking too long, please contact us and we will help you. 

 

  • If you see the status “Pending” it means that the document has not been approved yet. Kindly wait till it is checked by our KYC team. “Verified” status means then the document was accepted. 

 

 

 

Kindly note that in some cases your application can be approved, while some documents remain in “Pending” status. There is nothing to be worried about – if you are able to open a live account, it suggests that the application has been approved, and you may proceed to depositing and trading. Pending documents uploaded for your live account application will not affect your activities. 

 

*In case the required documents or information are not provided in 90 days starting from the day the application was submitted, it will be declined automatically, its status changes to “Declined” too. In this case you can re-apply anytime, when you are ready to provide all the required information.
