Withdrawal procedure: What methods can I use to withdraw funds?

You can always view all available withdrawal methods in your Dashboard. 


Please consider that we don't accept third-party transactions, so please use a payment method that belongs to you. 


What determines the available withdrawal methods? 


1. Deposit method used. 


According to financial regulations and AML rules, withdrawals must follow the same route as deposits. This means: 


  • If you deposited with a bank card, you can withdraw back to the same card (up to the deposited amount+profit). 
  • If you deposited with an e-wallet, you can withdraw back to the same e-wallet. 

 

2. Your geographical location. 


Some payment providers are not available in certain countries or regions. 

 

3. The operational company you are registered with. 


Each operational entity has its own set of payment systems and agreements with providers. That’s why two clients from different regions may see different withdrawal options. 

 


What withdrawal methods are generally available? 


  • Bank wire transfer (SEPA, SWIFT, local wires) 
  • Bank cards  
  • E-wallets (Skrill, Neteller, and others depending on your country) 
  • Local payout solutions  

 


How to withdraw funds step by step

 

You can withdraw funds quickly, easily, and anytime in your Dashboard. To successfully initiate any withdrawal of funds, please follow the simple steps below: 


  • Open the "Manage Funds" drop-down icon and select "Transfer," 
  • Firstly, transfer the funds you wish to withdraw from the trading account to the Wallet. 

 

 

  • Open the "Manage Funds" menu again and select "Withdraw." In this section, you can see the available funds withdrawal methods.  If you want to withdraw funds to your bank account, choose "Bank wire transfer" and transfer the funds from the wallet to your bank account. 

 

 

 

  • Upload a bank statement issued within the past three months. Remember that screenshots are not accepted, and you must send documents in PDF format. 
  • Your withdrawal request will then be processed. 

 

After payment is completed in your Dashboard (with the Completed status), please allow time for payment systems and banks to process the payment. 


Processing times 


  • Wire transfers (SEPA, EU): same day 
  • SWIFT transfers: up to 4–5 business days 
  • Payouts to card: up to 24h 
  • E-wallets: instant 
  • Local methods: up to 72 hours depending on provider
