Why was my withdrawal request declined?

We take pride in the efficiency of our fund execution and withdrawal processes. However, sometimes minor issues can arise. In the case that a withdrawal request is declined, please check your registered email account for notification.


Possible causes of withdrawal problems include the following:


Issue: You tried to withdraw to a third-party account.
Solution: Please withdraw to the bank account or another payment method that belongs to you.


Issue: The bank details provided were incorrect.
Solution: Please try again and check the accuracy of the data you entered.


Issue: You requested a withdrawal in AUD, however, your bank account is not with an Australian bank.
Solution: Please create a new withdrawal request in the currency of your bank account (the necessary currency can be added to your wallet via the plus "+" button).
